The PMI team transforms visions into life by maintaining day to day requests and by successfully launching new products. We are a team of experts with various skill sets and we deliver digital assets and rollout campaigns in many languages, implement new approaches and participate in our client’s success.
Our project involves closely monitoring new project launches to continuously adapt our content strategy and create new pages or products, all while maintaining and adjusting existing pages for all markets. The integral team members include both Hybris specialists and Quality Assurance specialists, resulting in highly efficient growth of specialists.
Our Business As Usual Team works on day-to-day requests, maintains pages, manages the content, registers products and promotions. We successfully deliver SLA through standardized work and dedication in everyday business.
Our WebAct Team works on product launches through various phases, be it configuration, testing, hypercare or other. We meticulously plan the phases, implement our knowledge and experience and deliver on time.

The PMI project has grown and today has over 30 people in both teams. We are made up of Content Managers, Content Authors, QAs, Hybris specialists, Technical PMs, Delivery Managers, and Production Center Managers. Started with 7 employees in March last year, growing strong in 2023.
